Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in The Woodlands, TX to drive sales, merchandising and daily operations on-site. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales, recruit teammates and provide strong leadership across the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (or equivalent).
• 1–3 months of related retail experience or training appreciated.
• Combination of education and experience considered.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and drive sales goals.
• Lead, recruit, train and coach teammates to achieve store objectives.
• Oversee store operations, including opening/closing procedures and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
