Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Friendswood, TX. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to build sales, recruit teammates and provide leadership while delivering great guest service.

Responsibilities include sales generation, merchandising, operations, and coaching teammates to uphold Buckle standards. A HS diploma or GED and 1–3 months of retail experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months retail experience.
• Demonstrates guest service excellence and product knowledge.
• Able to coach and lead Teammates to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service while meeting sales goals.
• Lead Teammates, recruit and develop new Team Members.
• Manage merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Oversee store operations, POS procedures and loss prevention guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable Buckle store.
