Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Leader in Training and Floor Leader in Pittsburgh to drive sales, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will perform merchandising, cashiering, and routine store duties while partnering with the Store Manager and Leadership Team.

The role emphasizes leadership development, developing teammates, and achieving sales goals through customer engagement and product knowledge. This is a full-time on-site position at Buckle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly service and provide product knowledge.
• Assist guests in locating and selecting merchandise and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store presentation, visual standards, and cleanliness.
• Support Store Leadership in daily operations and guest experiences.
