Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; or 1–3 months of related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Buckle's mission to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
• Assist in training and motivating teammates and help in Store Manager duties in their absence.
• Lead in sales generation, guest service, and store presentations according to Buckle standards.
• Support recruiting, interviewing and onboarding of teammates; participate in interviews.
