Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Chicago to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, leading training, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will coach a team of sales associates, manage cash handling and opening/closing routines, and embody DEIB values while building the brand and maintaining visuals across the store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through coaching and adjusting floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience with product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and brand story.
• Develop Sales Ambassadors and peers through training.
