Job summary

DZConneX Solutions Ltd. seeks a Development Supervisor to lead Development Technicians on the production floor, coordinating with Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, Metrology, Safety and other teams to keep schedules on track.

You will troubleshoot day-to-day challenges, provide hands-on leadership, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. The role requires manufacturing or technical experience and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years experience in manufacturing, machining, production or technical environment.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Ability to direct, coach, and hold employees accountable while maintaining positive relationships.
• Excellent communication across engineering, operations, materials, maintenance, metrology, safety and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily development activities and schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with materials to ensure materials are available for scheduled work and manage inventory.
• Provide daily direction and supervision to development technicians, including assignments, attendance, and training.
• Coordinate tool changes, equipment calibration, and maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
• Promote a safe, organized work environment and participate in safety meetings.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting safety, quality, production or delivery.
