Responsibilities

• Uphold Petco’s animal care standards and ensure health and safety.
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and supervise partners on shift.
• Open/close the store and manage daily operations including merchandising and inventory.
• Support leadership in executing planograms, pricing, signage, and promotional setups.
• Provide guidance to partners and escalate concerns to store leadership as needed.
