Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous Key Holder/Shift Leader/ Retail Supervisor experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service guidance and ensure fitting products.
• Supervise daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentor team members in sales, service, and daily operations.
• Contribute to achieving store sales targets through selling techniques.
• Maintain merchandising, restock, and store cleanliness.
