Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is hiring for Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team on sales, merchandising, and daily operations, including recruiting new teammates and leading by example on the sales floor. Pay ranges from $15.16 to $18 per hour, with base pay plus commissions for sales positions, and full-time teammates receive comprehensive benefits such as health coverage, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related retail experience.
Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting.

Responsibilities

Provide legendary guest service and achieve personal and store sales goals.
Assist with merchandising, displays, pulls, and routine store operations.
Support Store Manager and Leadership Team with recruiting and leadership development.
Handle POS transactions, cashiering, and daily store routines.
