Le Pain Quotidien in Beverly Hills is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead from the floor, coach teams, and elevate the guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager to drive hospitality, culture, and financial performance across all shifts.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in restaurant leadership, a Food Handlers License, and a track record of building teams. This full-time role offers daytime hours and opportunities to advance toward GM roles within Convive Brands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience in a full-service setting.
• Ability to lead from the floor during service and coach a team.
• Proven track record in building strong restaurant cultures.
• Experience with labor, sales, inventory, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and stay highly engaged during service.
• Own the guest experience and resolve concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Develop people and cultivate a positive culture across the team.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain top talent with the GM.
• Oversee opening, service, and closing with strong shift communication.
• Balance labor deployment with guest experience and profitability.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist with inventory, food cost, waste, and ordering to improve results.
• Contribute to P&L performance and drive profitability.
