Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring full-time Floor Techs in Stanton, TN. Starting pay is $16.50 per hour, with 6:00am - 2:30pm shifts. Duties include performing floor care, carpet cleaning, and maintaining clean, safe areas.

Employee timekeeping is managed via the KBSPresence app, with benefits available for part-timers and full-timers. Applicants should be able to lift up to 49 pounds, read safety documents, and perform physical tasks such as bending and climbing ladders.

Qualifications

• Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and chemical sheets (in English; may be Spanish where required).
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
• Ability to climb ladders and access gangways.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor cleaning tasks: extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout.
• Clean floors and stairs, sweep, mop, vacuum.
• Move large objects safely; report repairs and safety hazards.
• Operate janitorial tools and equipment as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
