Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring Floor Techs in Memphis, TN. Starting pay is $14.0 per hour for full-time, permanent roles. The job involves cleaning floors, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring safety in work areas.

Responsibilities include lifting, carrying, operating janitorial equipment, and following safety procedures. KBSPresence is used for timekeeping; benefits are available after standard eligibility.

Qualifications

Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical handling sheets (English; Spanish may be used where required).
Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching.
Climb ladders and gangways safely.
One year of floor care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, seal/grout, etc.
Scrub and clean carpeted and non-carpeted areas using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
Clean floors and stairways by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Move large furniture and objects as needed and follow safety guidelines.
Keep janitor closet neat, clean and organized.
Follow manufacturer specs for chemicals and equipment.
