Job summary

Carlson Building Maintenance in Winona, MN is hiring a Floor Care Technician to keep a large retail facility clean. You will operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other equipment, plus maintain hard floors and carpets with routine cleaning.

No floor care experience required; on-the-job training provided. Direct-hire, full-time role with weekly pay, benefits, and a consistent early morning schedule from 5:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Early morning shift availability required.
• No floor care experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors and other floor care equipment.
• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing and buffing; routine maintenance.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
