Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician in St. Paul, MN. You will operate floor care equipment to maintain hard floors and carpets, ensuring a clean, safe retail environment each day.

Training is provided, and the shift runs 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM, 40 hours per week with a consistent 5-day schedule. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays and more, with direct-hire placement and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Able to push and pull floor care equipment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Training provided.
• Previous floor care experience is helpful but not required.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform general cleaning and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
