Carlson Building Maintenance is seeking a Floor Care Technician in Virginia, MN to operate floor care equipment and maintain hard floors and carpets in a large retail facility.

The role requires lifting up to 45 pounds, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic; training is provided. Expect weekly pay, early morning shifts, and a 6-day schedule with weekend availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
