Qualifications

• Evidence of floor care / janitorial work experience.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Basic reading of safety instructions and chemical labels.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks: spot removal, extraction, bonnet cleaning, strip/wax, scrub/recoat, and seal/grout.
• Scrub, shine, clean, and repair carpeted and non-carpeted areas; sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Move furniture safely, report repairs or hazards to the supervisor, and follow company policies.
