Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Madison, WI. The role focuses on floor maintenance of hard surfaces and carpet, using waxing, buffing, shampooing and extraction techniques. You will work with the Building Maintenance team to maintain clean, safe facilities.

The position offers stable hours, weekly pay, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Must be 18+ and capable of lifting 45 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions accurately.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform hard floor care: mopping, scrubbing, buffing on hard surfaces.
• Carry out carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extraction.
• Provide general cleaning including dusting and restroom areas.
• Safely operate floor care machines per manufacturer guidelines.
• Report equipment issues and follow safety procedures.
• Be punctual, respectful, and communicate with customers and staff.
• Assist with other duties as needed and help maintain cleanliness.
• Lead technical guidance for less experienced staff and support waxing tasks when trained.
