Qualifications

• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple instructions.
• Ability to engage in respectful communications with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve superior results.
• Ability to effectively manage time to accomplish the necessary tasks in the time allotted.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Performs assignments according to company schedule and as expected by clients.
• Performs all general required tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Handles hard floor care, including routine sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance, including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets.
• Follows safety requirements and procedures at all times.
• Works as a team to properly execute customer scope of work on a daily basis.
• Drives a culture of constant improvement and efficiency.
