Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Floor Care Technician to maintain hard surfaces and carpet at locations within the Bloomington area. You will operate cleaning equipment, assist with routine floor maintenance, and work with the Building Maintenance team to ensure high cleanliness standards.

The role is part-time, 18 hours per week (Tue–Thu 5:00 AM–11:30 AM), with pay at $16.00 per hour and weekly pay. Training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Capable of working in a multi-ethnic environment.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Handles hard floor care including mopping and buffing.
• Maintains carpet through vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extracting.
• Performs cleaning tasks in restrooms and common areas.
• Operates floor care machines safely and follows product instructions.
• Reports equipment issues and follows safety procedures.
• Maintains a clean storage area and timely time reporting.
