Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. in Onalaska, WI is hiring a Floor Care Technician for a full-time, early-morning shift. You will operate floor care equipment, clean hard surfaces, and perform carpet care to maintain a clean retail facility.

We offer a stable schedule with 37 hours/week, weekly pay, and a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and EAP. Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or floor care experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and routine cleaning.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment.
• Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently.
