Job summary

Sizemore is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Madison, WI to maintain hard floors and carpet, operate floor care equipment, and deliver quality cleaning services across locations. You will work with a team and contribute to a safe, clean environment for clients and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hard floor care, including mopping, scrubbing and buffing.
• Provide carpet maintenance such as vacuuming, bonneting and extraction.
• Perform general cleaning duties and restroom cleaning as needed.
• Operate floor care machines safely and according to instructions.
• Follow safety rules and report any equipment issues promptly.
• Report time worked accurately and interact respectfully with staff and customers.
• Assist with training and provide guidance to junior technicians as needed.
• Support continuous improvement and ensure adherence to company policies.
