Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is recruiting on behalf of Carlson Building Maintenance for a Floor Care Technician in Onalaska, Wisconsin. You will operate floor care equipment to maintain hard floors and carpets, and perform restroom and general cleaning tasks as part of a full-time shift.

The role offers a starting wage of $17 per hour with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for training, advancement, and a stable schedule including early morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply, but English fluency not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors and other floor care equipment.
• Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, waxing and routine cleaning.
• Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet and extract carpeted areas.
• Perform restroom and general cleaning tasks as needed.
