Job summary

Caesars Entertainment on the Columbus gaming floor seeks a VLT Floor Attendant to deliver premier customer service, assist guests with games, and maintain a welcoming environment.

You will learn terminal operations, handle coin change, explain games, and assist with hand pays and jackpots while upholding licensing and background checks. This role requires stamina to stand for long periods, ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and a commitment to safety and compliance in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 100% customer service focused and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must complete a two-hour training class for Video Lottery terminals and learn how to play all games offered.

Responsibilities

• Make change for guests on the floor.
• Instruct guests in playing games and fix minor paper and coin jams.
• Fill coins in the gaming terminals when required.
• Render hand pays and jackpots to guests.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for making change for guests on the floor,
• Instructing guests in playing games and fixing minor paper and coin jams.
• Filling of coin in the gaming terminals when they require it.
• Rendering of hand pays and Jackpots to guests.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 100% customer service focused, possess good interpersonal skills, & be able to work in a fast paced & demanding environment.
• Must take two-hour training class for all Video Lottery terminals and become knowledgeable about how to play all games offered here.
• 1-year Customer Service a plus!
• Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
• Must be able to pass a background investigation.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods.
• May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment.
• Must be at least 21.
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
• Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period
• Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
