Mountaineer Casino on the casino floor seeks a slot attendant to service guests, handle hand pays, and fix minor jams while building relationships with players. You will report to the Slot Shift Manager and Slot Performance Manager.
Qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent, 21+ years old, and eligibility for WV Lottery Floor Attendant License and WV Racing License. Training of two hours for all Video Lottery terminals is required.
A slot attendant is a key customer service provider on the casino floor. They service and build relationships with our players, pay hand-pay jackpots and perform minor repairs on slot machines.
You will report directly to the Slot Shift Manager then to the Slot Performance Manager.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. The ability to push, pull, reach, kneel, twist, grasp, carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
Will be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment and seasonal elements.
