Elior Group, Bronx-based, seeks an experienced Unit Chef for the Elior School Dining team. As a floating chef, you will supervise and participate in meal preparation across multiple locations as assigned.

Responsibilities include planning and supervising culinary operations, designing menus, and coordinating with district managers and kitchen staff, with occasional travel to partner sites. This full-time onsite role requires strong leadership and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must have certification by a recognized culinary institution.
• Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
• At least three years of experience in culinary management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutrition.
