Renasant Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Teller to deliver outstanding customer service while handling transactions with accuracy and efficiency. You will be the branch’s first point of contact and back up the Head Teller as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year teller experience and/or cash handling preferred.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and cash handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate banking platform.
• Uphold service standards in all customer interactions.
• Address issues or escalate to branch staff as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations and branch procedures.
• Balance daily transactions and manage branch operations.
• Follow risk, compliance and safeguarding procedures.
• Assist Head Teller and coach teammates when needed.
• Support quarterly branch assessments and other duties.
