Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and resolve routine customer problems promptly.

• Log and escalate complaints and coordinate with banking partners when needed.
• Support branch operations including cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Perform AML/BSA/KYC related activities and maintain risk controls.
