Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Teller - Float to serve as the first point of contact for clients. Working under guidance from Float Manager and Branch Managers, you will perform teller transactions accurately, handle cash, and ensure compliance with bank procedures.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of banking or customer service experience, and preferably bilingual skills. You will travel to nearby branches to provide staffing support while promoting Columbia Bank products and

Attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers and instructions.

Responsibilities

Perform teller transactions and cash handling accurately and confidentially.
Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing, and balancing cash drawer.
Mitigate risk by safekeeping money and ensuring proper cash handling.
Interact with clients, identify needs, and offer appropriate banking products.
Travel within geographic area to cover branches as needed.
