Magical Beginnings seeks a dedicated Floating Teacher to support multiple classrooms at our Beverly school. You will provide substitute coverage, assist with opening/closing routines, and help prepare materials for daily lessons, while promoting a safe, engaging learning environment for infants to preschoolers.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and energetic educator with a passion for early childhood development.
• Experience in center-based daycare or private school settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute coverage for Teachers as needed.
• Assist with opening/closing routines and classroom prep.
• Support teachers with lesson materials and student interactions.
• Follow daily classroom schedule and maintain cleanliness.
• Foster positive relationships with students and parents.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development.
