Job summary

Magical Beginnings Learning Centers in Beverly, MA is seeking a Schoolwide Support Teacher to join our early childhood team. The floating role supports multiple classrooms, providing coverage and hands-on help throughout the day to ensure high-quality care.

The ideal candidate holds an EEC Teacher Certification or CDA and has daycare experience. This full-time position offers a dynamic, on-site work environment with opportunities to mentor peers and support young learners across ages.

Qualifications

• EEC Teacher Certification or CDA required.
• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting.
• Engaging, energetic demeanor and a love for helping young children meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide substitute coverage when teachers are out or on planning time.
• Assist with classroom opening/closing, cleaning, and preparation for the next day.
• Provide daily classroom assistance: materials prep, free play engagement, projects, outdoor supervision, bathroom and meal help, naptime support.
• Adhere to the daily classroom schedule and maintain classroom cleanliness throughout the day.
• Encourage children's participation with age-appropriate activities and maintain professional development hours.
• Attend monthly staff meetings, foster positive relationships with students and parents.
• Create a fun and safe learning environment and maintain PQ registry as required.
