Magical Beginnings in Pembroke is hiring a Floating Teacher to support classrooms at our Pembroke school. This integral role involves providing substitute coverage and assisting teachers with daily classroom tasks while fostering a fun, safe learning environment.

A valid EEC Teacher Certification, daycare experience, and a positive attitude are necessary. We offer competitive pay between $17 - $24 per hour, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a full time, flexible schedule within operating hours.
• Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday.

Responsibilities

• Providing substitute coverage when Teachers are out.
• Assisting Classroom Teachers with routine classroom management.
• Encouraging children's participation through interactive activities.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the school throughout the day.
