Job summary

CommunityAid Inc is seeking an ASM Floater to support store management across multiple locations. This role focuses on developing leadership, training teams, and ensuring consistent execution of policies to drive customer service and store profitability.

As a flexible, travel-ready supervisor, you will cover PTO and assist with onboarding, cash handling, and daily operations while upholding CommunityAid’s mission and core behaviors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree related to business management preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience in a supervisory role.
• Able to work evenings and weekends; flexible scheduling.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operations and staff at multiple locations as needed.
• Trains and develops staff, including cross-training.
• Ensures compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Manages cash handling and front-end procedures.
• Supports Store and Regional leadership to meet goals.
