Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• ServSafe or other approved Food Safety Certification within 90 days of employment or promotion.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Vocational or Technical Education may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a quality buying experience for all customers.
• Perform competitive gas price surveys daily or as required.
• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by noon to accounting office.
• Make daily bank deposits by noon.
• Account for ATM and Lottery funds daily, and make deposits where applicable.
• Keep accurate fuel inventory records and report variations.
• Recruit, hire, train, motivate, develop staff and manage documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Order and receive merchandise per inventory guidelines.
• Coordinate gasoline deliveries and ensure adequate fuel levels.
• Maintain compliance binder and implement promotions.
• Monitor inventory variances and payroll hours; handle payouts and penalties.
• Audit cashier paperwork for accuracy and image control.
• Report maintenance issues to management.
