Meridian Bank is seeking a Floating Sales and Service Representative to support Philadelphia and Media branches. You will assist in day-to-day branch operations with a sales focus on deposit growth, open new accounts, process transactions, and deliver outstanding customer service.

The role requires 1–3 years banking experience, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work all branch hours.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Finance or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related banking experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous sales and customer service experience in a retail banking environment.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.).
• High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work all hours the branch is open.

• Provide coverage to retail branch locations as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day branch operations and maintain service quality.
