Pathfinder Bank seeks a Customer Service Representative (Floating) to support operations across multiple branch locations in a community banking environment. You will handle daily customer transactions, deposit account servicing, and provide product information with a focus on accuracy and service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or cash handling experience.
• Ability to travel between branch locations as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers per banking policies.
• Provide service for deposit accounts, maintenance, and general inquiries.
• Assist customers with account opening and basic financial services.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and balancing within guidelines.
• Cover teller line and platform support across branches as needed.
• Travel between branches to provide staffing support.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, privacy, and data security.
• Identify opportunities to refer bank products to fit customer needs.
• Maintain a professional, positive customer experience.
• Perform admin tasks to support branch efficiency.
