UDR, Inc. is seeking a Floating Resident Service Specialist to coordinate resident services across four properties. You will handle move-in coordination, onsite responsibilities, and responsive customer service while maintaining apartment and community standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in business administration or equivalent preferred.
• Two years of office experience required.
• Two years in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related industry preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Move-In Coordination: conduct move-in orientation and follow up with new residents.
• Onesite responsibilities: scan documents and oversee pending tasks.
• Customer Service Administration: guide walk-ins and manage resident inquiries promptly.
• Maintain property condition: inspect move-in apartments and amenities daily.
• Back-Up coverage: assist with tours, inquiries, reports, and other duties as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure leasing and renewal goals are met.
