Job summary

UDR, Inc. is seeking a Floating Resident Service Specialist to support four sister properties: Carriage Homes at Wyndham, Gayton Pointe, Legacy at Mayland, and Waterside at Iron Bridge.

The role focuses on coordinating resident services, move-in satisfaction, and concierge-type customer service within a Falls Church-like environment. The position requires at least a high school diploma, 2+ years in office or residential property operations, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Associate degree in business administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of office experience required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in residential properties, rental operations, hotel or related business operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Move-In Coordination: conduct move-in orientations, contact new residents within seven days of move-in to ensure satisfaction and identify issues.
• Onesite responsibilities: scan move-in documents, oversee pending tasks.
• Customer Service Administration: guide walk-in traffic, address resident concerns, respond to voicemails/emails within established guidelines, handle packages and coordinate with Leasing/Renewal teams, manage resident relations in CRM.
• Property Condition oversight: inspect move-in ready apartments and amenities, address deficiencies with the service team.
• Back-Up coverage: assist with property showings, greet visitors, prepare reports and documents, perform self-guided tours, prepare market summaries, comply with policies, perform Resident Service Manager duties in absence.
