Job summary

UDR, Inc. seeks a Floating Resident Service Specialist for its Nashville portfolio. You will coordinate move-in activities, manage resident requests, and support onsite operations across multiple properties in the community.

Responsibilities include move-in orientation, overseeing tasks in Onesite, handling walk-in traffic, and collaborating with the team to meet leasing and service goals while delivering high-quality resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of office experience.
• Two years in residential properties or related operations preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate move-in orientation for new residents and contact new residents within seven days.
• Scan move-in documents into Onesite and oversee pending tasks.
• Guide walk-in traffic, respond to resident concerns, and ensure timely communications.
• Inspect move-in apartments and amenities, address deficiencies with the service team.
• Assist with back-up coverage, show properties, greet visitors, and prepare reports.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with business teams to meet leasing goals.
