Bon Secours is recruiting an RN for the Southside Medical Center Float Pool in Petersburg. The role requires flexibility to float to multiple departments and sites, delivering compassionate patient care in evenings/nights while coordinating with clinical leadership.

Minimum one year RN acute care experience, active nursing license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS per specialty. EPIC EHR experience preferred; salary ranges posted for this location.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an RN in acute care
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment
• BLS and ACLS/PALS as required by specialty assignment

Responsibilities

• Float to various departments and sites as needed within the market
• Schedule staffing day-of and manage multiple assignments per shift
• Provide patient care following organization standards and collaborate with clinical managers
