Job summary

Bon Secours seeks a Registered Nurse to support the Clinical Float Pool across the St. Francis Downtown market and related sites. The role requires 1 year of acute care RN experience, an RN license in the employment state, and BLS; ACLS/PALS as indicated by specialty.

You'll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, float to multiple departments, document outcomes, and advocate for patient safety while collaborating with care teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment (required)
• 1 year of RN acute care experience (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS and PALS as required by specialty assignment (AHA)

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments and sites as needed.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per standards.
• Coordinate nursing care using best available evidence.
• Document interventions and patient responses.
• Act as a patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement.
