Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health in Petersburg, VA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Richmond Float Pool. The RN will float across multiple sites and inpatient units, following Bon Secours policies and procedures.

The role requires critical care, step-down, and med/surg experience, with a self-scheduling model and night shifts with differential. The position offers 36 hours per week, eligibility for shift differentials, and a focus on collaborative, high-quality patient care across

Qualifications

• Two or more years of clinical RN experience required in at least two specialties.
• Must hold current RN licensure in the state.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Provide advanced treatment and care to patients with complex diagnoses.
• Evaluate, update and revise care plans to meet outcomes.
• Administer medications safely per policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
