Qualifications

• Associate's of Nursing (required).
• Bachelor's of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current nursing license in the designated state (required).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required.
• ACLS and PALS (AHA) required based on specialty.
• 1 year of experience as an RN in acute care (required).
• Proficiency with nursing equipment and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Float within sites and markets based on competency.
• Participate in staffing and scheduling as needed.
• Provide direct patient care and document care delivery.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
