Job summary

Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of a multi-unit property in Charlotte. You will supervise staff, train and communicate with the team, and handle routine to complex repairs on HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

You will coordinate with contractors, prepare specifications, and manage bids according to policy. A High School diploma and 3–4 years of property maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3-4 years experience with commercial or multi-unit properties.
• Strong English communication skills; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff activities.
• Train, coach, and communicate with maintenance personnel.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks.
• Interface with contractors; prepare written specs and obtain bids.
