You will operate batch plants, follow mix designs, monitor materials, and ensure quality while coordinating with dispatch and drivers to meet delivery schedules. The role requires 2+ years in batching or concrete production, high school diploma or GED, and willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in Ready Mix, concrete production, batching, or related industrial environment.
• Ability to operate and monitor batch plant equipment.
• Travel up to 25-50%.

Responsibilities

• Float across Ready Mix batch plants in Maryland as needed.
• Operate and monitor batch plants to ensure accurate production.
• Follow mix designs to maintain concrete quality.
• Monitor equipment and address issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with dispatch and drivers to support on-time deliveries.
• Monitor material levels and assist with inventory needs.
• Perform routine plant inspections and equipment checks.
• Maintain batch tickets and production records.
• Adhere to safety, environmental and company procedures.
