Titan America is seeking a Floating Plant Operator for its NOVA Region. This role involves managing ready mix operations and supporting special projects at various facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree with supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of automated batch plant operations. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical and matching 401K.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of related ready mix experience or equivalent education/experience.
• 1-2 years of supervisory or project management experience.
• Ability to obtain ACI Level I Field Testing Technician and VDOT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate the assigned ready mix batch plant using automated systems.
• Inspect plant facilities to ensure maintenance standards.
• Function as first line supervisor overseeing employees.
