Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager in West Hollywood, CA. You’ll support the property manager with daily operations, leasing, reporting, and resident relations to ensure top-notch service.

Bring 2–3 years of property management experience, a High School diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required depending on location.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations including resident satisfaction, retention, and full lifecycle activities.
• Maintain all accounts receivable including collecting rent, posting rent, making daily bank deposits, and maintaining a balanced, accurate rent roll.
• Accurately and timely complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Lease apartments as needed.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist the property manager with training staff on leasing, marketing, maintenance, and general office operations.
• Assist the property manager with resident relations and problem resolution.
• Assume responsibility for the operations of the property in the absence of the property manager.
