Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. is actively seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support multiple Tampa area apartment communities. This full-time role requires handling day-to-day property operations with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.

The candidate should have 2+ years in assistant or leasing roles within the apartment industry, experience with Yardi software, and fluency in English/Spanish is preferred. Competitive wages and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable properties.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software.
• Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases.
• Conduct unit inspections and move-in/out processes.
• Support leasing activities and resident relations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
