The role requires 2+ years in multi-family housing, Yardi experience, and a valid driver's license for travel between communities. Join a team focused on excellence, compliance, and community goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable housing.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required (travel between communities).
• Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases.
• Move-in/move-out processes and unit inspections.
• Support leasing activities and resident relations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
