Job summary

Richman Property Services, Inc. seeks a full-time Floating Assistant Property Manager to support Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville apartment communities. The role advances community goals, handles resident inquiries, and coordinates leasing with PM oversight.

Candidates need 2+ years in multi-family or affordable housing, Yardi experience, and a valid driver's license for travel. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-family, tax credit/affordable housing
• Proficient with Yardi software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
• Valid Driver's License required (travel position)
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency and PM software
• Experience in leasing or assistant roles within apartment industry

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests in Yardi
• Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
• Conduct unit inspections and move-in/move-out processes
• Support leasing activities and resident relations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
