Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Grande Oaks, Tampa, FL. You will co-manage two properties, handle leasing, and support resident relations with a focus on service quality.

Primary duties include working with the Property Manager, ensuring compliance, managing work orders in Yardi, and coordinating renewals and inspections to maintain high occupancy and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 2+ years in an Assistant Property Manager or Leasing role within the apartment industry; LIHTC and Yardi experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Property Manager to drive community performance and achieve strategic goals.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong resident relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Manage work orders and maintenance requests efficiently through Yardi software.
• Coordinate lease renewals, rental increases, and unit inspections with precision.
• Oversee seamless move-in and move-out processes that leave a lasting positive impression.
• Champion leasing efforts and resident retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, detail-oriented records and documentation.
